Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to support and execute integrated marketing initiatives, retail campaigns and product launches for Venchi, a global chocolate and gelato brand. The role will work closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and new product launches to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
• Implement brand strategy, ensuring consistency of visual identity, tone and messaging across all communications.
• Generate creative ideas and explore new channels to engage target audiences and stay ahead of market trends.
• Own assigned projects independently while receiving guidance from the line manager.
• Liaise with landlords for Hong Kong retail marketing material development and promotion.
• Conduct market research, analyse customer behaviour and competitive activity to inform strategies.
• Prepare reports evaluating promotions and analysing competitive actions.
• Handle marketing administration, including reporting, claims and inventory control.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional internal teams.
• Perform ad‑hoc projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail or trade.
• Strong time‑management, analytical and presentation skills; ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools and relevant software is an advantage.
