Senior Officer, Communications

About the role

The Senior Officer, Communications will lead the development and execution of corporate communications strategies that enhance the KPL Group’s brand image and support business objectives. This role involves creating high‑quality content, coordinating with internal and external partners, and managing key communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate communications strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Draft editorials, press releases, speeches, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate communications initiatives, CSR programs, editorial projects, and event management.
• Plan and organise corporate events such as press conferences and shareholder meetings.
• Maintain communication channels and ensure content is up‑to‑date.
• Conduct research to support communications planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor performance of service providers and ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide administrative and filing support for departmental documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, translation or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of corporate communications or public relations experience, preferably in a listed company.
• Strong bilingual writing ability with a focus on clear, engaging content.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently.

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools.
• Digital marketing expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
