Senior Procurement Manager – Ingredients

About the role

IM8, a next‑generation health and longevity brand, is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager – Ingredients to lead the sourcing, qualification and supply strategy for its growing portfolio of nutritional products. The role will shape the end‑to‑end ingredient procurement model, ensuring quality, continuity and cost‑effectiveness as the company scales globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own sourcing and procurement for active ingredients, trademarked ingredients, flavors, excipients and other consumable raw materials.
• Manage the full ingredient lifecycle from qualification, ordering, testing, delivery to inventory management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with ingredient manufacturers, trademark holders, brokers, distributors and contract manufacturers.
• Implement safety‑stock policies, Kanban systems and Heijunka planning to create a disciplined, scalable supply chain.
• Align procurement and material planning with contract manufacturers and existing suppliers, and expand direct ownership where it adds value.
• Ensure ingredient traceability, potency, purity and consistency to uphold the IM8 brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level procurement or sourcing within the food, supplement or consumer‑goods industry.
• Strong track record of building and optimizing end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes.
• Ability to negotiate with global suppliers and manage complex supplier networks.
• Analytical mindset with focus on quality, cost and risk management.
