Senior Project Manager – Advisory Services

About the role

Arup is seeking a senior‑level Project Manager to lead high‑profile advisory services projects in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Director, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams on major development projects in Hong Kong.
• Manage the complete project cycle, from initiation through delivery, controlling scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain and develop influential relationships with clients, stakeholders, and end‑users.
• Support business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client needs and Arup’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Project Management.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
