About the role
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead business development initiatives and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients. The role involves sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and delivering professional hiring solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and introduce recruitment services to potential clients.
- Drive the recruitment process by actively sourcing talent in the market.
- Conduct interviews and manage the selection process for candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing professional hiring solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process.
Required profile
- Degree holder in any discipline.
- Motivated, energetic and result‑driven.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work as a team player.
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Relevant experience may qualify candidates for a Senior Consultant role.
