Senior Software Engineer – Trade & Blockchain

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and operate production‑grade systems that power a complex trading and blockchain platform. You will be responsible for delivering reliable, high‑performance services while owning the full lifecycle from development to operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and deploy backend services in a high‑stakes trading environment.
• Ensure correctness, reliability and operability of all features you ship.
• Identify and resolve ambiguities in requirements, product logic and system behavior.
• Write clear, maintainable code with a focus on simplicity and correctness.
• Participate in incident response, provide durable fixes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with peers through code reviews, design discussions and shared problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Strong engineering fundamentals and sound judgment in complex systems.
• Bias toward correctness, reliability and production ownership.
• Comfort reasoning about non‑trivial business logic, stateful systems and edge cases.
• Self‑directed productivity in ambiguous or loosely scoped work.
• Clear, collaborative communication and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Go (Golang) for performance‑sensitive backend development.
