Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – APAC

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will shape Hasbro’s future by attracting and hiring top talent across the APAC region. Working closely with business leaders and HR partners, you will deliver strategic hiring solutions that support growth and reinforce Hasbro as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles across all levels within the APAC region.
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and design effective hiring strategies.
• Oversee vendor management to ensure recruitment partners meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Provide market insights, recruitment analytics, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Champion best practices in talent acquisition, including AI adaptation and automation.
• Support global TA and broader HR initiatives, representing regional nuances in international projects.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, in‑house and/or agency.
• Proven success hiring senior‑level and confidential positions across corporate functions.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and handling high‑volume recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities in dynamic business environments.
• Solid project‑management experience.
• Energetic, hands‑on, adaptable professional with a passion for recruitment excellence.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) highly preferred.
