Senior Training Executive / Training Executive

About the role

SGS, a global testing, inspection and certification company with over 2,500 laboratories and business facilities in 115 countries, is hiring a Senior Training Executive / Training Executive. The role covers handling customer enquiries about training courses, supporting sales, managing course arrangements and running the eLearning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries on training courses and enrollment
• Prepare quotations and support sales-related matters
• Coordinate training courses, including course materials, trainers and participants, billing, evaluation and receipts
• Manage and administer the eLearning platform
• Support internal and external audit preparation (e.g. IRCA, BIM)
• Assist marketing activities such as promotional materials, membership programs and eDM scheduling
• Handle payment settlements between clients and suppliers
• Source and manage training venues
• Prepare reports on training activities and payment status, maintain the training database and compile reports for management review
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Required profile

• Associate degree or above
• Good organization skills and a customer service mindset
• Passion for marketing and keeping up with the latest trends, tools and technologies in the training industry
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, detail-oriented and with a positive attitude
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
