Senior Treasury Analyst - APAC FX

About the role

Arrow Electronics is hiring a Senior Treasury Analyst in Hong Kong (Green 18, HKSTP). The role covers managing FX risks and exposures in the APAC region, executing FX trades and analysing hedging strategies, with strong involvement in regional insurance programme administration and Treasury projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage FX risks and exposures in the APAC region and carry out FX trades and hedging analysis
• Prepare groundwork to review and enhance FX hedging strategies in line with market conditions and business needs
• Support regional insurance programme administration and renewals
• Take part in Treasury projects such as cash management, refinancing, automation, treasury systems and process improvements
• Analyse cash activities, bank loans, interest income and expense, bank fees and other ad hoc assignments

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant APAC treasury experience in a large multinational
• Degree in finance, accounting or a related subject; CPA preferred
• Solid treasury operations experience, including FX hedging in APAC (Greater China or ASEAN experience also considered)
• Proactive, hands-on, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, proficient in English and spoken Mandarin

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Oracle system
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience in system implementation is preferable
