Server – Luxury Hotel F&B

About the role

Join the award‑winning F&B team at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong as a Server. You will deliver attentive, high‑standard service to guests in a world‑class dining environment, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and beverages in line with hotel standards.
• Maintain smooth operation of the assigned section, coordinating with the kitchen and back‑of‑house staff.
• Transport dishes between the kitchen and dining area efficiently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant F&B service experience.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Friendly, service‑oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
