Shop Manager – Bakery

About the role

The Shop Manager will lead the daily operations of our modern bakery located in the Central & Western District. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures the shop runs smoothly, maintains high standards of food safety, and delivers an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures and oversee overall shop workflow.
• Supervise and schedule staff, ensuring adequate coverage and performance.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Track sales, prepare basic reports, and support promotional activities.
• Continuously improve shop processes to meet business goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Operations and store management experience, including staffing, inventory, and compliance.
• Customer service expertise to ensure a consistent, positive guest experience.
• Background in retail, hospitality, or food‑service environments, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, or willingness to complete required training.
• Fluent English; Cantonese is a plus.
