Social Media Manager – Build Crypto & AI Presence

About the role

Axis Global Tech Limited is seeking a Social Media Manager to launch and grow the social presence of its new mobile fintech app, focusing on Twitter/X and related platforms. The role requires immediate availability and a strong grasp of crypto and AI communities.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and build a brand‑new social media presence, defining voice, content pillars, and posting cadence on Twitter/X and other relevant platforms.
• Own day‑to‑day channel management, including content calendar, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Develop platform‑native content tailored to crypto and AI Twitter/X audiences, staying fluent in trends and key accounts.
• Identify, engage, and coordinate with KOLs, influencers, and community partners to expand reach.
• Collaborate with designers to produce high‑quality visual assets and create graphics, short‑form videos, and posts independently when needed.
• Monitor metrics, competitor activity, and report on growth, iterating the content strategy continuously.
• Coordinate with product, business development, and compliance teams to ensure accurate, regulated messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2+ years of social media marketing experience, preferably launching a channel from zero.
• Deep familiarity with Twitter/X, especially crypto and AI ecosystems.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a native feel for platform voice.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Available to start ASAP with a maximum one‑month notice period.

Required skills

• Hands‑on creative skills in graphic and video design (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut).
• Experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Design).
• Ability to coordinate with KOLs, influencers, and professional designers.
