Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to launch and grow the social presence of our new mobile fintech app. The role focuses on establishing a brand voice on Twitter/X and related platforms, targeting crypto and AI communities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch the social media presence from scratch, defining brand voice, content pillars, and posting cadence on Twitter/X and other relevant platforms.
• Manage day‑to‑day channel activities, including content calendar, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Create platform‑native content for crypto and AI Twitter/X audiences, staying fluent in trends and key accounts.
• Identify, engage, and coordinate with KOLs, influencers, and community partners to expand reach.
• Collaborate with designers to produce high‑quality visual assets and independently create graphics, short‑form videos, and posts when needed.
• Monitor social metrics, engagement trends, and competitor activity; report on growth and iterate strategy.
• Stay current on fintech, crypto, and AI trends to keep messaging timely and credible.
• Coordinate with product, business development, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and regulated messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2+ years of social media marketing experience, preferably launching a channel from zero.
• Deep familiarity with Twitter/X, especially crypto and AI ecosystems.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a native feel for platform voice.
• Fluent English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Available to start ASAP, with a maximum one‑month notice period.
