Software Developer II - Mobile

About the role

Wati is seeking a Mobile Developer with 3‑5 years of experience to build and enhance its AI‑powered customer engagement mobile applications. You will work primarily with Flutter and Dart, delivering high‑quality experiences for both iOS and Android users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, release, and continuously improve Wati’s mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Own features from technical design through implementation, testing, and post‑release monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to create intuitive, performance‑driven experiences.
• Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude Code) for implementation, debugging, testing, and refactoring.
• Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional mobile development experience with production‑ready applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, API integration, and the application lifecycle.
• Proficiency with testing, debugging, Git, and mobile release workflows.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools and able to validate generated code.
• Ability to work independently on features while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
