Key responsibilities

• Produce solution documentation that captures requirements, objectives, and implementation road‑maps.
• Coordinate with sales, product development, and delivery teams to integrate resources, develop project plans, and monitor progress and quality.
• Resolve implementation issues to guarantee smooth deployment and achievement of business goals.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback and competitor activity to continuously improve existing solutions and propose innovative models.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their ongoing operations, and uncover additional value‑creation opportunities.
