Solutions Architect – Enterprise Cloud Solutions

About the role

Join AWS Global Sales as a Solutions Architect and help enterprise customers across multiple industries adopt, migrate, and modernize their workloads on the AWS cloud. You will work closely with business development, service teams, and senior stakeholders to design reliable, cost‑effective, and innovative cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development to define and execute a sales strategy that drives AWS adoption and revenue growth.
• Design, build, and guide migration of applications, software, and services onto the AWS platform.
• Educate customers on AWS value propositions and lead deep architectural discussions.
• Deliver one‑to‑few and one‑to‑many training sessions such as Dev Days or Immersion Days.
• Capture and share best‑practice knowledge within the Solutions Architect community.
• Contribute to customer‑facing publications, including white papers.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, AWS service teams, and support.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker comfortable at the intersection of technology and business.
• Broad competence across infrastructure, security, DevOps, databases, application development, data analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, with deep expertise in 2‑3 areas.
• Proven ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business value.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with developers, engineers, directors, and C‑level executives.
