Sourcing Manager

About the role

The Sourcing Manager will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for network, data‑center and ICT services at Cypress Telecom Limited. Based in Hong Kong, this full‑time position works closely with operations, finance and technical teams to ensure competitive pricing, quality and reliability of supplier solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and qualify suppliers for network, data‑center and ICT services.
• Negotiate contracts, service‑level agreements and pricing structures.
• Manage ongoing vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing plans with business objectives and new service rollouts.
• Analyse market trends, maintain procurement documentation and drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes.

Required profile

• Strong sourcing and procurement expertise, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of data‑center, telecom and network services such as SD‑WAN and SASE.
• Analytical and financial skills for cost analysis, benchmarking and total cost of ownership assessments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, ICT or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience in telecom, data‑center or technology services sourcing.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin highly beneficial.
