About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Spa Attendant to join the luxury spa team at The Ritz‑Carlton in Hong Kong. You will be the first point of contact for guests entering the spa, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. The role combines guest service with meticulous upkeep of the spa environment to uphold the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Offer guests complimentary amenities such as water, juice, and heated neck pillows.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas.
- Monitor and replenish spa supplies and amenities throughout the day.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are fulfilled.
- Provide a brief orientation to guests on spa facilities, locker usage, lounge areas, and hospitality stations upon arrival.
Required profile
- Passionate and service‑oriented attitude.
- Fluent spoken English and Chinese.
