Sports Agent / Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are expanding the S1 Sports team and are looking for a driven Sports Agent or Consultant to support athletes at every stage of their careers. The role is fully remote and can be either full‑time or part‑time, allowing you to work flexibly while making a real impact.

Key responsibilities

• Guide student‑athletes through the US college recruitment process, including NCAA/NAIA eligibility, university placement and scholarship negotiation.
• Identify, develop and manage junior athletes, helping them progress from grassroots to professional or collegiate pathways.
• Represent professional athletes, negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with clubs, leagues and federations.
• Leverage your network to create opportunities and provide strategic advice to athletes.

Required profile

• Strong network within at least one of the three focus areas (college recruitment, junior development, pro representation).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, structured and professional work ethic.
• Passion for making a genuine difference in athletes’ careers.
