Sr. Manager, Global Procurement

About the role

Quince is seeking senior managers to lead global procurement across multiple product categories. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the role will drive cost structures, supplier negotiations and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute category strategies, set short‑ and long‑term procurement targets, and aim for 700 bps cost reductions within 12 months.
• Own end‑to‑end RFP processes, from vendor identification to award, and embed procurement playbooks into internal technology platforms.
• Develop component‑level clean sheets, approve buy plans, and negotiate upstream inputs to secure transparent, competitive pricing.
• Partner with material managers and sourcing teams to integrate material availability into product design and drive early‑stage cost optimisation.
• Identify supply‑chain value‑creation opportunities such as verticalisation, volume consolidation and commodity trading.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of global procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain experience in consumer goods or retail.
• Proven track record running competitive RFPs with international manufacturers.
• Hands‑on experience building clean‑sheet cost models and delivering cost‑saving negotiations.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with data‑driven decision making.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with merchandising, materials and production teams.
