About the role

Oliver Wyman, a business of Marsh, is recruiting a summer intern for 2027 based in its Hong Kong office. As a new joiner, you will work on 1-2 challenging projects for large clients worldwide, acting as a full team member with responsibility for a distinct piece of work. The internship gives a taste of life as a consultant and prepares you for a full-time role.

Key responsibilities

• Work on 1-2 challenging projects with significant impact on clients, industries and society
• Focus mainly on research and analysis, with opportunities to develop communication, presentation and client-management skills
• Be mentored and coached by partners, consultants, a dedicated buddy, a formal mentor and an intern captain
• Travel for project work may be possible

Required profile

• Penultimate-year student graduating in 2028
• Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage
• Enjoys challenges and works well across different cultures
