Supply Chain Project Executive - Ocean Freight Projects

About the role

Join our International Supply Chain Management team in Hong Kong as a Supply Chain Project Executive focusing on ocean freight projects. You will help shape a competitive global ocean freight strategy while working with a fast‑paced, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management artefacts such as project plans, risk logs and decision logs.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies and risks, and record meeting minutes.
• Support the design and implementation of supply‑chain solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project‑related matters.
• Prepare meeting materials, manage SharePoint sites and document filing.
• Schedule project meetings, secure rooms and ensure appropriate attendees are invited.
• Conduct market research and data analysis when required.
• Assist the department with ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with knowledge of end‑to‑end operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Fluent in spoken and written business English.
