System Analyst / Senior System Analyst – Core Banking

About the role

Join a leading Singapore bank as a System Analyst or Senior System Analyst focused on core banking platforms. You will work on designing, building, and supporting critical banking applications hosted on the OpenShift platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and support core banking systems on OpenShift.
• Create system designs that align with the bank’s new architecture and promote reusability.
• Develop detailed system components according to functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and programming standards.
• Execute testing activities, investigate defects and implement fixes.
• Plan and perform system configuration, deployment, and release tasks.
• Conduct technology risk assessments, peer reviews and resolve identified risks.
• Provide production support for banking applications.

Required profile

• Tertiary education in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing banking applications.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken); Mandarin fluency is a plus.
