Tax Manager – Hong Kong

About the role
The Tax Manager will oversee day‑to‑day tax compliance for the Hong Kong entity, acting as the primary liaison with the Inland Revenue Department. The role ensures all statutory tax obligations are met accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage routine Hong Kong tax filings, adhering strictly to statutory deadlines and ensuring accurate, compliant submissions.
- Respond to daily tax queries, coordinate with the IRD on audits, and review external deliverables before submission.
- Monitor IRD policy updates and regulatory changes, briefing internal stakeholders to keep practices aligned.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company, the IRD, external tax agents, and accounting firms.
- Organise, verify, and maintain tax records and supporting documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of professional tax experience.
- At least 2 years of international tax experience with a working understanding of Transfer Pricing management.
