About the role
The Team Head for Trade Finance in Corporate Banking will lead a small group of Relationship Managers, driving growth of the bank's trade finance portfolio while ensuring high credit quality and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a small team of Corporate Banking Relationship Managers.
- Grow the trade finance portfolio and achieve bank‑assigned KPIs.
- Acquire new corporate clients for the bank.
- Maintain a high‑quality corporate lending portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Degree holder or matriculated.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate trade facility experience and at least 1 year of people‑management experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate credit risk.
- Passion for building client portfolios at a new bank.
- Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF CRM) qualification is a plus.
- Good command of spoken and written Mandarin.
- Agile, hunting mindset and can‑do spirit.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
