Technical Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑departmental digital transformation initiatives. The role combines strong project management expertise with deep IT consulting knowledge to align teams, deliver high‑quality technical projects, and accelerate our digital agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical project delivery, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business objectives are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including IT, product, operations, and external partners—facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and aligning stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation by identifying opportunities, defining roadmaps, and promoting adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, proactively manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Report project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior management in both English and Mandarin.
• Foster a collaborative environment, guide team members, and ensure knowledge sharing across departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a top‑tier IT consulting firm, preferably managing technical projects related to digital transformation.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Project management tools including Jira, Microsoft Project, and Asana.
• Knowledge of digital technologies like cloud computing, big data, and AI.
