Ticketing Officer

About the role

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking a Ticketing Officer to manage ticketing services across its major venues, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ticketing services at West Kowloon sales outlets, including Freespace, Xiqu Centre, M+ and Hong Kong Palace Museum.
• Maintain daily operation of the ticketing hotline, handling enquiries, complaints and complex cases professionally.
• Support and train Ticketing Assistants on the use of the computerised ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external hirers to resolve ticket‑sale issues.
• Assist the ticketing system setup team by configuring events according to operational procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Authority.

Required profile

• Higher diploma or above in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in ticketing, customer service or front‑of‑house operations.
• Patient, customer‑oriented, detail‑mindful with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computerised ticketing software.
