职位概况

lululemon 诚聘全职教育专员（销售助理），在 Times Square 门店为顾客提供专业的产品教育与卓越的购物体验，推动品牌社区建设。

主要职责

主动接洽并建立与顾客的连结，分享产品知识与品牌文化。
评估顾客需求，提供客制化的购买与退货方案。
执行精准的交易流程，确保端到端的顾客体验顺畅。
巡查楼面，及时响应顾客及门店需求，收集反馈并协助改进服务。
宣传当地社区活动，策划并执行本地跑步俱乐部、瑜伽日等项目。
维护门店陈列、补货及清洁，使用门店技术支持运营。

任职要求

具备所在司法管辖区的合法工作资格。
高中或同等学历以上。
愿意弹性排班并在门店楼面积极工作。
具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神。

必备技能

熟悉零售环境中的基本技术工具（如 POS 系统）。
