Token and Community Lead (Finance District)

About the role

The Token and Community Lead will own the FDFI token program and its surrounding community within Finance District. You will manage day‑to‑day token operations, including listings, market‑maker relationships, treasury activities, vesting administration, and governance, while serving as the public face of the token for holders.

Key responsibilities

• Run token generation event (TGE) management and coordinate listings on both centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with market makers and ensure smooth token unlocks and vesting schedules.
• Collaborate with finance and the token committee to oversee treasury operations and produce regular reports.
• Execute the operational cadence of the token program: monthly attestations, listings, unlocks, and treasury updates.
• Own and grow the community across Discord, Telegram, X and other channels, acting as the trusted voice during crises.
• Provide community and market insights to the token committee and support strategic exchange relationships.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to act calmly and transparently under pressure.
• Experience following direction from a token governance committee without unilateral policy changes.
• Strong understanding of crypto token economics and community dynamics.
