Trade Mark Lawyer

About the role

Join a leading Hong Kong & International Trade Mark practice as an Associate, working closely with senior partners and a team of experienced IP lawyers. You will support both internal and external stakeholders on a broad range of trademark matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handle trademark clearance searches, prosecutions, and oppositions.
• Manage IP portfolios for a diverse client base.
• Advise clients on trademark protection strategies and enforcement actions.
• Monitor changes in IP legislation and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Hong Kong qualified solicitor with 4‑6 years post‑qualification experience in IP/Trade Mark law.
• Strong academic background and proven client service orientation.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, solid work ethic, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and committed to high standards.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Effective communicator who works well both independently and within a team, with strong commercial awareness.
