职位概况
负责公司全方位培训工作，推动人才发展计划，提供课堂及线上培训方案，维护e‑learning系统。
主要职责
- 设计、规划并实施基于能力和软技能的培训项目。
- 线上线下授课并评估培训效果。
- 推动线上学习平台建设与维护。
- 负责员工激励计划及临时任务。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，专业为培训、管理、人力资源或相关。
- 至少7年学习与发展经验，其中4年以上管理岗位。
- 具备优秀的沟通、演讲和组织能力。
- 熟练中英文（普通话、粤语、英语）。
必备技能
- 熟练使用MS Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
- 熟悉e‑learning软件及线上课程开发。
- 具备视频制作或多媒体内容创作经验者优先。
