Vice President – Human Resources & Administration

About the role

We are seeking a senior executive to lead Human Resources and Administration for a global motor manufacturing group. The Vice President will shape HR strategy, ensure compliance across regions, and support the company’s international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in group‑wide strategic planning and provide executive HR and admin insights.
• Design, implement and govern long‑term HR & Admin roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.
• Optimize organizational structures and allocate talent to meet evolving international expansion needs.
• Develop global recruitment, talent development, motivation and executive retention strategies.
• Create and refine performance management systems to drive accountability.
• Standardize HR and administrative policies, workflows and ensure 100 % compliance with local laws.
• Audit policy execution worldwide and adjust frameworks to reflect legal and market changes.
• Mentor regional HR & Admin teams to raise professional capability and operational performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 15 years HR & Admin leadership in large multinational manufacturing, including 8 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven experience leading cross‑border teams, especially in Mainland China, Hong Kong and preferably Mexico.
• Deep knowledge of local employment laws and cultural nuances.
• Comprehensive expertise across talent acquisition, L&D, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) with strong strategic planning and change‑management abilities.
