Vice President, Product Quality

About the role

The Vice President, Product Quality will lead PVH’s enterprise‑wide quality strategy, overseeing brand, manufacturing, governance, product integrity and compliance across the global value chain. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures that every product meets brand standards, regulatory requirements and consumer expectations from conception to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define, integrate and operationalize an end‑to‑end quality strategy for Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and other PVH brands.
• Lead the Quality First agenda, covering Brand Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Quality Governance, Product Integrity and Product Compliance.
• Establish scalable governance frameworks and risk‑identification processes across regions, suppliers and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and a proactive culture of prevention and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product Creation, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Technical Design, Raw Materials, Sustainability, Legal, Compliance and Commercial teams to translate quality strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Elevate supplier performance and ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and regulatory requirements worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in quality assurance, product integrity or compliance within a global consumer‑goods or apparel organization.
• Strong track record of building high‑performing, cross‑functional teams and influencing at the enterprise level.
• Ability to balance brand protection, consumer trust, speed, cost and innovation.
• Strategic thinker with a transformational mindset and data‑driven decision making.
