Vice President, Product Quality

About the role

The Vice President, Product Quality will serve as the enterprise leader responsible for defining, integrating, and operationalizing PVH’s end‑to‑end quality strategy across the global value chain. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures a consumer‑centric approach to quality from product conception through delivery for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Quality First agenda, covering Brand Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Quality Governance, Product Integrity and Product Compliance.
• Establish scalable governance frameworks and risk‑identification processes across regions, suppliers and internal teams.
• Align cross‑functional partners—including Product Creation, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Technical Design, Raw Materials, Sustainability, Legal, Compliance and Commercial—to translate quality strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and a proactive culture of prevention and accountability.
• Build and lead high‑performing global quality teams, leveraging data and quality intelligence to embed “quality at the source”.
• Ensure products consistently meet brand standards, regulatory requirements and consumer expectations in all markets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in quality assurance, product integrity or compliance within a global, multi‑brand environment.
• Strong strategic and transformational capabilities with a track record of influencing cross‑functional and regional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management and supply‑chain dynamics in the fashion/apparel industry.
