About the role
Join the flagship overseas arm of China’s largest commercial bank as a Virtual Teller (VTM). You will operate virtual teller machines, delivering fast and accurate banking transactions while providing a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient transactions at Virtual Teller Machines.
- Provide quality customer service and address client inquiries.
- Ensure smooth operations and comply with all control and service requirements.
Required profile
- Degree or higher.
- 1‑3 years of bank teller or counter service experience (preferred).
- Pleasant, customer‑oriented attitude with strong business sense.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of account opening procedures and AML requirements (preferable).
- Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
