About the role
The Virtual Teller (VTM) position supports ICBC (Asia) customers by handling transactions through Virtual Teller Machines. You will ensure each transaction is processed accurately while delivering a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient transactions at Virtual Teller Machines (VTM).
- Provide quality customer service and address client inquiries.
- Maintain smooth operations and comply with all control and service requirements.
Required profile
- Degree or higher.
- 1–3 years of bank teller or counter service experience (preferred).
- Customer‑oriented attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good business sense and ability to follow AML and account‑opening procedures.
- Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
