About the role
The Virtual Teller (VTM) position supports customers by handling transactions through virtual teller machines. You will work in a fast‑paced banking environment, ensuring accurate processing and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient transactions at Virtual Teller Machines (VTM).
- Provide quality customer service and address client inquiries.
- Maintain smooth operations while meeting all control and service requirements.
Required profile
- Degree or higher.
- 1–3 years of bank teller or counter service experience (preferred).
- Customer‑oriented attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good business sense and ability to follow AML and account‑opening procedures.
- Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
