Wealth Management Lead – Transformation & Advisory

About the role

Capco is seeking a senior Wealth Management Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives for top wealth management clients in Hong Kong. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and lead complex programs spanning digital, operating model, regulatory and technology change.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior wealth management executives, shaping digital and regulatory strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives, from strategy design to execution and value realization.
• Provide senior oversight of large, multi‑stream programs, establishing governance, KPI tracking and executive reporting.
• Mentor and inspire consulting teams while contributing to thought leadership and go‑to‑market offerings.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or financial services with deep expertise in wealth management transformation.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong wealth management market dynamics and regulatory landscape.
• Proven track record leading digital and business transformation initiatives for private banking or wealth management.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Prince2 and Waterfall methodologies.
