About the role
The Custodial Host ensures that guests enjoy a clean and safe environment throughout Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Working weekdays on a part‑time basis, you will support sanitation of on‑stage areas, restrooms and outdoor venues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general cleaning and sanitisation services in on‑stage areas, including restrooms.
- Maintain resort‑wide cleanliness and hygiene standards, addressing incidents promptly.
- Perform post‑parade and outdoor‑show cleaning.
- Interact with guests, responding to enquiries and requests.
Required profile
- Available to work Monday‑Friday on a part‑time schedule.
- At least 18 years old.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
- Willing to work at various resort locations, including outdoor areas.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting heavy items when needed.
- Good guest‑service mindset, independent, team‑player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
