About the role
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations of The Aubrey restaurant within Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. This role ensures smooth service delivery, maintains high standards, and contributes to achieving budgeted profit targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a delighted bar and dining experience to guests.
- Maintain smooth daily operations and uphold high‑quality service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen, front‑of‑house, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in monitoring financial performance and controlling costs.
