About the role
The Club Ambassador will support the daily operations of the executive lounge at Kowloon Shangri‑La, delivering a smooth and personalized experience that reflects Shangri‑La’s high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest, secretarial, concierge, and food & beverage services.
- Perform guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
- Handle mail, information requests, and airline reservations/confirmations.
- Assist with any additional duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the service industry, preferably front office or airline operations.
- Self‑motivated, well‑organized team player.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
