Consultant / Senior Consultant – Strategy & Operations – Human Capital

About the role

Deloitte’s Human Capital practice helps organisations improve productivity, value and impact through people, processes and technology. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in Strategy & Operations you will work with clients to design and implement organisational transformations that drive sustainable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solve client problems using analysis, experience and sound judgment.
• Articulate how technology enables business differentiation and communicate this effectively to clients.
• Plan and execute projects to deliver excellent client experiences.
• Develop relationships, establish credibility and instill confidence with client stakeholders.
• Incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations.
• Leverage cross‑geography insights and practitioners to enhance service delivery.
• Transform identified opportunities into solutions that create business value.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, sector developments and leading practices.

Required profile

• Proven ability to apply organisation‑transformation expertise to support client strategic agendas and complex issues.
• Experience optimizing business cases for organisational redesign or change management, communicating approach and expectations clearly.
• Capability to adopt a business, technology and industry‑oriented mindset, using data‑driven solutions to drive transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Statistics or related fields; MBA preferred.
• Minimum three years of consulting experience, preferably with a reputable consulting firm or HR role in a corporation.
• Deep understanding of organisation design, executive compensation, short‑term incentives, performance management, HR processes, change management and HR technology solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong commitment to quality client service.
• Strong consultation, communication, project management and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
