Distribution Operations Agent

About the role

Expeditors is seeking a Distribution Operations Agent to support daily warehouse activities at its Chek Lap Kok (and Tuen Mun) facilities. The role involves ensuring inventory accuracy, processing invoices, and providing timely operational reports within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily functions for assigned clients, including receiving, order allocation, shipping, and inventory management.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and stock‑takes to meet KPI accuracy targets.
• Enter invoicing data through the company portal and prepare supporting documentation.
• Generate accurate daily operational reports and audit picking activities.
• Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information for receiving and shipping.
• Assist with miscellaneous projects, filing, research, and rating of domestic transportation bills.
• Handle customer enquiries under supervisory guidance.

Required profile

• Certificate/diploma or secondary school graduation; 1‑2 years experience in freight forwarding preferred (fresh graduates considered).
• Strong command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Interest in a long‑term logistics career and proficient PC knowledge.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computerized inventory control procedures.
