Finance Manager – US GAAP Group Consolidation & Reporting

About the role

OSL is seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager to lead US GAAP group consolidation and financial reporting for its US‑listed holding structure. Based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, you will work standard Asia business hours and own the end‑to‑end financial close, intercompany eliminations and SEC filing preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end consolidation across parent, subsidiaries and offshore entities in compliance with US GAAP.
• Execute complex intercompany eliminations, balance reconciliations, foreign currency translations (FCTR) and equity‑method accounting entries.
• Prepare consolidated trial balances, balance sheets, income statements and cash‑flow statements.
• Draft financial schedules, footnote disclosures and technical tables for Form 10‑K, 20‑F, 10‑Q and 6‑K filings.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors during annual audits and quarterly reviews.
• Maintain SOPs for multi‑currency sub‑ledger reconciliations and ensure internal control compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of accounting, financial reporting or audit experience.
• Direct exposure to US‑listed companies and SEC reporting packages.
• Professional accounting qualification (US CPA preferred; HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent required).
• Big 4 or top‑tier audit background strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese a plus.
