Income Accountant – Hong Kong

About the role

The Income Accountant will join Eaton Workshop, a cultural hub and hotel in Hong Kong, to manage the full set of accounting activities related to revenue streams. This position supports the finance team by ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and effective audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the full set of accounting work and keep all records up‑to‑date.
• Conduct monthly audit checks for open checks, car park, and other revenue sources.
• Provide covers per F&B outlet and room revenue breakdown for monthly financial reports.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects such as income audit analysis for festivals and promotions.
• Supervise the Income Supervisor to ensure routine tasks are completed.
• Generate system reports to verify accuracy.
• Assist with month‑end closing and preparation of monthly reports.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum three years of accounting experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail‑oriented, and high accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; knowledge of the Sun system is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
