Guest Relations Officer (Senior) – Hong Kong

About the role

As a Guest Relations Officer you will provide personalized service to guests, ensuring smooth daily operations and memorable experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check‑ins/outs and rooming for special arrivals such as family suites and limousine transfers.
• Update VIP lists and guest preferences in GuestPedia to anticipate needs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in hotels, clubhouses or theme parks is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills; customer‑oriented, outgoing and self‑motivated.
• Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Guest Relations Officer role.
