International Account Manager – Sports Sunglasses

About the role

SUPACAZ is seeking a full‑time International Account Manager based in Hong Kong to drive global growth of its sports sunglass line for cycling, baseball and racquet sports. The role will be the primary liaison for international distributors and retail partners, ensuring strong relationships and consistent brand representation across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand international distributor and retail accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Oversee sales pipelines, prepare forecasts and analyse market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, inventory and product launches.
• Ensure timely communication, order fulfillment and high levels of customer service.
• Attend trade shows, customer meetings and other events to promote the brand.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting and documentation for all account activities.

Required profile

• Proven account management and sales experience with international customers, meeting revenue targets.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities, including negotiation of agreements.
• Experience in market analysis, forecasting and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and ability to work with global teams.
• Organizational and project‑management skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple accounts.
• Background in sports, cycling, eyewear or related consumer goods and a genuine interest in performance sports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, events or trade shows as required.
