Legal Graduate – Litigation & Investigation (Asia) – 18‑Month Programme

About the role

Julius Baer is seeking a recent law graduate to join its Litigation and Investigation Asia team for an 18‑month graduate programme. The role offers hands‑on experience across Hong Kong, Singapore and Zurich, supporting litigation and investigation matters within a wealth‑management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general support to the Litigation and Investigation, Asia team, collaborating with legal, risk and compliance colleagues in Hong Kong, Singapore and Zurich.
• Assist with commercial litigation and pre‑litigation matters, as well as investigation cases in Hong Kong and Singapore, including preparing reports and collecting documents.
• Support preparation for steering committee and management meetings and conduct internal investigation interviews.
• Conduct legal and company research, coordinate with outside counsel, third‑party service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain internal databases, assist with legal updates, and handle general advisory work for private banking, including HR and data enquiries.

Required profile

• Completed or near‑completion of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Master of Laws (LLM) or Juris Doctor (JD) from a reputable university in a common‑law jurisdiction (e.g., Hong Kong, UK, Australia).
• Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable and able to work with senior executives.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
