Marketing Lead – Hong Kong & Singapore

About the role

The Marketing Lead for Hong Kong and Singapore will define and drive brand marketing strategies that align with the broader country business plans. You will be responsible for growing profitable food brands, shaping concepts, campaigns and new product developments, all grounded in deep consumer insight.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement a differentiated brand architecture for core and extended brands, embedding local consumer insights.
• Drive net revenue and market‑share growth through equity and communication plans.
• Set brand objectives, strategy, budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead brand positioning and communication within global guardrails.
• Develop and execute brand plans, including advertising, promotion, testing and rollout.
• Create the Annual Operating Plan and manage the innovation pipeline.
• Collaborate with commercial, trade and insights teams to optimise channel mix, consumer reach and brand health.
• Oversee new product launches, ensuring regulatory compliance (BPOM registration, Halal certification, packaging design).
• Manage partnerships, sponsorships and agency relationships to amplify brand messages.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably within the food or consumer‑goods sector.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends, competitive landscape and category dynamics in APAC.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Excellent strategic thinking with a focus on revenue and market‑share growth.
