职位概况
本职位隶属于UPS，负责在亚太地区支持工业工程主管的工作测量与运营规划，通过数据收集、分析及自动化工具提升运营效率。
主要职责
- 收集并分析运营数据，编制报告并定期审计。
- 参与时间研究及运营改进活动。
- 设计、开发并维护内部工具、仪表盘及工作流解决方案。
- 支持系统功能增强、测试、实施及用户培训。
- 管理数据防泄漏（DLP）工作，保护敏感信息。
- 进行运营审计，跟踪改进措施并验证其有效性。
- 协助预测、容量规划及资源分配，编制管理报告和标准作业程序。
任职要求
- 具备信息技术、计算机科学、信息系统、软件工程、数据分析或工业工程等相关本科学历。
- 能够在跨地区团队中进行数据分析和流程改进。
必备技能
- 数据分析与报告编制能力。
- 流程文档编写与维护。
- 内部工具与仪表盘开发经验。
